US AGAINST
THE WORLD
This game ranked 1st in Technical Innovation and 2nd in Art Direction at the UQAT Game Jam 2016.
US AGAINST THE WORLD is a two players against the crowd game, where the two players try to reach each other, while the crowd tries to stop them.
The players (crowd) on the homemade controller board select a spot corresponding with the same coordinates on the screen. These emplacements control the little bugs towards the emplacement. If one of the two players with a controller get touched by a certain amount of bugs, they reset to their origins.
In this game, all the team members participated in Game Design. Asset wise, I did part of the scripting and most of the Unity integration.
The game was created by Élaine Gusella, Jamie Dorval Caya, Véronique Bouffard, Marie-Pier Bouffard, Myriam Noël-Martel
and Myself.
